Nowadays, almost every OEM requests their suppliers to be Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) compliant. As the development of vehicles is getting more and more complex, the way of working is crucial to minimize the risk of a delay in development and quality issues in the field. But implementing a new way of working can be tough sometimes. That’s why we want to give you an overview of some common challenges we experienced.

You don’t know where to start? There are people with a rejecting attitude towards this topic? There are a lot of improvement actions, but the reached level in the first assessment of a project does not increase over time?

We will talk about all this, so at the end you will know some route causes to these challenges. Of course, we will provide appropriate methods to solve them, too.

Afterwards you should know where to start with the implementation of the ASPICE standard, while avoiding common mistakes and create lasting processes, so that your current projects and even following ones can benefit from it.
